We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks ahead, especially for weekends and peak season (May–September). However, last-minute requests are welcome — reach out and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Yes — you provide the mix (or your preferred recipe), and we provide the machine, ice, rim kits, and garnish trays. We can recommend suppliers and flavor combinations if you'd like guidance.

We serve Edgecliff Village and the greater Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex, including Fort Worth, Arlington, Plano, Richardson, and surrounding areas. Contact us to confirm your location.

We deliver and set up the machine at your event location, show you how it works, and return after your event to pick it up and clean it. Delivery and pickup times are coordinated with you to fit your schedule.

Every rental includes on-site support during your event. If a machine has an issue, we'll resolve it immediately or swap it out. Your peace of mind is our priority.
